Adding New Team Members

Inviting Testlio members

To invite any Testlio member to your Workspace team, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Teams module -> Dashboard and click on the "+" icon next to Testlio Organization title at the top of the page OR Access "Testlio" Organization list directly from the left sidebar in the Teams module

  2. In both cases, you will be redirected to the "Invite Testlio members" view where you can type in the email of the user you would like to add

  3. Choose the user role from the list

    1. By selecting any role, the capabilities preview provides information regarding what the selected role has access to. We recommend reviewing it before assigning any role to the user.

  4. Click on "Invite"

    1. You'll see that the user is now part of the list with the "Pending invitation" status

An invite email will be sent to the user informing them about the invitation to the Workspace and asking them to accept it. The user must accept the invitation within 72 hours, otherwise, they will be removed from the list and a new invitation has to be sent out.

 

Inviting Client members

To invite any Client member to your Workspace team, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Teams module -> Dashboard and click on the "+" icon next to Client Organization title at the top of the page OR Access "Client_Organization_Name" list directly from the left sidebar in the Teams module

  2. In both cases, you will be redirected to the "Invite ´Client_Organization_Name´  members" view where you can type in the email of the user you would like to add

  3. Choose the user role from the list

    1. By selecting any role, the capabilities preview provides information regarding what the selected role has access to. We recommend reviewing it before assigning any role to the user.

  4. Click on "Invite"

    1. You'll see that the user is now part of the list with the "Pending invitation" status

Inviting Network members

Network members are divided into two sub-lists: Coordinators and Testers. Network Testers can be added using Groups. Learn more about Groups and how to build one

 

To invite Network Coordinators directly to your Workspace, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Teams module -> Dashboard and click on the "+" icon next to the "Network Coordinators" title at the top of the page OR Access "Network" -> "Coordinators" list directly from the left sidebar in the Teams module

  2. In both cases, you will be redirected to the Network Coordinators invitation view where you can type in the email of the user you would like to add

  3. In this case, the role "Coordinator" for the Network Coordinator will be selected by default

  4. Click on "Invite"

    1. You'll see that the user is now part of the list with the "Pending invitation" status

An invite email will be sent to the user informing them about the invitation to the Workspace and asking them to accept it. The user must accept the invitation within 72 hours, otherwise, they will be removed from the list and a new invitation has to be sent out.
