Freelancer Milestones

Testlio pays per hour, not by the bug, and the same applies to how we celebrate our freelancer milestones. The concept of the Freelancer Milestones program is simple - we celebrate the total number of approved working hours of each freelancer, regardless of the role and tasks (Manual Testing, Client Services, Scripting).

The theme for our Freelancer Milestone program is “LIONS” ?, for obvious reason - we call ourselves TestLions.

We celebrate six different types of milestones:

Level 1 - Paw - 50 total working hours - comes with a new badge

Level 2 - Claw - 150 total working hours - comes with a new badge

Level 3 - Roar - 500 total working hours - comes with a new badge and a gift from Testlio

Level 4 - Great Mane - 1500 total working hours - comes with a new badge and a gift from Testlio

Level 5 - Majestic Big Cat - 5000 total working hours - comes with a new badge and a gift package from Testlio

Level 6 - King of the Jungle - 10 000 total working hours - comes with a new badge and a gift package from Testlio

With each level, you can earn a different badge to your profile. You can see the list of your earned badges on your work view.

Ps. All levels, except the first two ones, come with a surprise from Testlio. You will be contacted accordingly via email on how to receive a gift from Testlio.
