We are thrilled to welcome you as a Testlio Platform user, whether you are a Client or a Tester. To help you get started, please read on.

I'm a Client

Testlio Clients are able to create their personal user accounts only through a project invitation. The invitation is usually sent over by an Engagement Manager (EM) when we set up the project you either own or are a part of. You'll receive the project invitation in your email. 

1. Click the link in the email to initiate the sign-up process

2. Set up your password, first name, and last name (the last two are optional)

3. Check the checkbox to Agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

4. Click on the "Sign up" button

5. You will be redirected to the project dashboard you were invited to. A product tour will introduce you to our Platform. This will help you make the most out of it. 

You are all set to start using our Platform. If you get stuck or have any other questions, either create a ticket or use the Help Center.
