Add Fire TVs

Get all necessary information about your TV under Settings > My Fire TV > About > Device Model

Then add your Android TV to your device list.

1. Click + Add.

2. Click Smart TV.

3. For the model, enter the TV name (for example, Fire TV Stick 4K).

4. For the OS, enter the major version number from the TV settings (such as Fire OS 8.1.2.3).

Add a Missing Device

If your model or OS version is not found, click + Add a new model or + Add a new OS version. Then fill in the necessary information:

• Manufacturer: Amazon

• Model: Find in your TV settings, for example: Fire TV Stick 4K

• Release Date: Decode your Fire TV or Fire TV Stick serial number.

• Operating System:  Fire OS

• OS version: Find in your TV settings, for example: 8.1.2.3

• OS Release Date: See the release dates for Fire OS

Example Submission

Please note: Your Fire TV will generally update to the newest OS version automatically in regular intervals, please verify the current OS version before accepting any tasks.
