Add Vizio Smart TVs

Get all necessary information about your TV in the TV settings: Menu  > System > System Information > About

Then add your Vizio Smart TV to your device list.

1. Under Smart TVs, click + Add connected device.

2. For the device name, enter the TV name (for example, Vizio V4K50M-0809).

3. For the OS, enter the major version number from the TV settings (such as Android TV 12).

Add a Missing Device

If your device and OS combination is not found when entering its name, click under the box for device name to add a missing device. Then fill in the necessary information:

• Manufacturer: Vizio

• Model: Find in your TV settings, for example: V4K50M-0809

• Release Date: Decode the release date from the model number

• Operating System:  SmartCast TV

• OS version: Find in your TV settings, for example: 3.12.06

• OS Release Date: The same as the model release date
