You may record a video as evidence for an issue and notice that the file is too large or not in the right format.
Do not use online compression or conversion tools because what you have recorded is confidential information that should not be sent to any other services. Instead, try to use tools that are built in to your operating system (whether macOS or Windows or other). Make sure any tool you use keeps the data exclusively on your device.
The Testlio community has also recommended the tool Handbrake, though Testlio does not guarantee that it is suitable for your needs.
