To access instructions on how to capture your watchOS logs, read the instructions from Apple.
Scroll down and select sysdiagnose for watchOS. Sign in with your Apple ID to download instructions and profile.
PS. You don’t need to have an Apple Developer account; an Apple ID is enough.
